What do I do if I forget my PIN and Password?
First try using the 'forget password' function, located beside every log-in area on the website. If that doesn't work, email customer service at info@passporttosafety.com and someone will be pleased to assist you.

How do I access the Red Cross E-Shop?
Scroll down the menu bar on the left side of this screen. Click "Employer Toolkit". The toolkit includes a link to the Red Cross E-Shop. You must use your Key/Passcode to enter. If you have forgotten your Key/Passcode, contact Customer Service at 905-702-9903 or info@passporttosafety.com

How do I access the online training that is included in my Member Benefits?
Scroll down the menu bar on the left side of this screen. Click "Employer Toolkit". The toolkit includes a link to the Safe Communities Canada Online Training Campus. Or, to access the campus directly, enter http://campus.safecommunities.ca. To activate your member discount (20%) you must enter your Promo Code when purchasing training. If you have forgotten your Promo Number, contact Customer Service at 905-702-9903 or info@passporttosafety.com
