I know something that may save your life. Every day three Canadians die from work-related injuries. Young people just like you and your friends are part of that statistic and if help hadn't arrived in time I would have been a part of it too. I don't want what happened to me and many other innocent youth to happen to you and I am happy to tell you about a program we have started to help make sure it does not. It's called Passport to Safety and it could save the lives of you and your friends.
Completing the Passport to Safety Challenge…
- Looks great on your resume
- Can help you get a job
- Proves that you understand the basics of safety on the job (you get a "Certificate of Completion" when you finish the challenge)
- Prepares you to ask the right questions
- Gives you a personal transcript that you can update as you take other safety-related courses (a great addition to University and job applications!)
- Gives you access to the "youth only" area of the website where there are more e-learning tools that you can add to your transcript
